This event is open to all interested individuals from diverse backgrounds and industries -
whether you are an aspiring or existing business owner, student, wishing to explore new ideas,
seeking to grow your current venture, or aiming to expand your network.
DATA PRIVACY:
The respondent's personal information, including their name, address, phone number, and business
name (if applicable), will be collected, processed, stored, and used solely for event-related
purposes such as communication, registration, documentation, and feedback collection.
For the administration of this program, the City Government of Calamba, through the Business
Permits & Tricycle Franchising Office (BPTFO) and other concerned LGU departments, has
engaged BuiltSpaces Contracting Inc. as its authorized data processor. BuiltSpaces Contracting
Inc. shall process personal information solely on behalf of and under the instructions of the
City Government. It shall not use, disclose, share, retain, or store the collected data for its
own purposes beyond what is necessary to perform its contracted services.
All collected information shall remain under the control of the Business Permits & Tricycle
Franchising Office (BPTFO) and other concerned LGU departments and shall be handled in accordance
with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and
regulations. The collected information will be securely stored in cloud storage and will only
be accessible to authorized personnel of the concerned LGU departments.
By proceeding with this form, the respondent acknowledges and consents to the collection,
processing, storage, and use of their personal information for the purposes stated above. The
respondent likewise acknowledges their right to access, correct, or request the deletion of
their personal information, subject to applicable laws, regulations, and the submission of
valid proof and justification upon request.
